At the Colorado Alliance for Health Equity and Practice (CAHEP), Sujin Baek and the team deliver top-notch family medicine and oral health care to individuals aged 4 and up at two locations in Aurora and Denver, Colorado.
CAHEP’s mission is to enhance the health of Colorado’s immigrant communities, with a diverse team fluent in over 40 languages, providing interpretation services. With many providers being immigrants themselves, they establish a personal connection with clients.
Serving the Denver Metropolitan area, CAHEP offers a wide array of medical services, including primary care, dental cleanings, women’s health, and specialized care such as cancer screening, geriatrics, and chronic disease management.
New Patients
Here at Colorado Alliance for Health Equity and Practice (CAHEP) we are always accepting new patients. Regardless of whether you are sick or are simply due for a regular check-up, we are happy to welcome you to our office. We know going to the doctor can be a little overwhelming at times, so we are happy to provide you with our new patient forms ahead of time so that you can fill them out prior to your appointment and save you time during your visit.
