Health Care Events

At our community events we screen for hypertension, diabetes (hemoglobin A1C), liver function (LFTs), osteoporosis (bone density), tuberculosis (PPD), hyperlipidemia (lipid profile - please consume nothing besides water for 12 hours prior), breast cancer (mammograms), asthma/airway disease (spirometry), and allergies (skin tests). Not all tests are available at all events. During flu season, influenza vaccination is offered, which covers for H1N1 and seasonal strains.
